Solution For Daily Pain From Too Many Hours On The Computer
(Shoulder/Arm Tendonitis)
The solution for daily shoulder/arm pain from too many hours on the computer (using the mouse) is a supplement of manganese. Most manganese supplements contain too much manganese (20 or 30mg per capsule or tablet). Half a tablet or capsule (10 or 15mg of manganese) every day for 3 days and then half every few days will prevent arm/shoulder pain by restoring the strained tendons (injury) that are causing the pain. If one keeps using the computer for so many hours (continuous re-injury), tendons have to be restored continuously, so manganese has to be taken regularly.
Taking half a capsule or tablet of manganese every few days, a bottle of 90 will last over a year and prevent from taking too much manganese. The “recommended” dose for manganese on most labels is 30mg a day of manganese, which is way too much.
Selenium
If pain relief with manganese is short lived, in addition to taking manganese, take 200mcg of selenium every day for 3 days, and then take selenium occasionally (about once every five days.)
Pain Is Injury
Pain Is Injury: Pain medication is not a substitute for manganese. Continuous use of a painful shoulder/arm by hiding the strained tendon injuries pain with pain medication guarantees more serious deterioration of the shoulder/arm some time later. Manganese and selenium supplements are not a substitute for necessary therapy and surgery and or physical therapy. One-time tendon injuries probably would only need manganese and selenium for a couple of weeks.
