Scientist have isolated a component of curry powder (pictured) that helps the immune system clear plaque from brains with Alzheimer’s Disease. There is substantial data indicating that curcumin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-amyloid activity.

Scientists widely agree that plaque formation in the brain precedes the onslaught of neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and other neurological disorders, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

A soybean food shows a powerful ability in lab experiments to prevent formation of the clumps of tangled protein involved in Alzheimer’s disease.

Alzheimer’s Disease is another major degenerative disease with free radical deterioration roots.
